Exhibition highlight 2023/24

WE ❤ (we love)
November 24, 2023 to August 25, 2024
In the new exhibition WE ❤ you can expect three thematic focuses that uniquely reflect the museum founder's passion for art. The first area is dedicated to Expressionism with works by renowned artists such as Franz Marc and Emil Nolde. In the next section, you'll see unique art treasures from the 1960s and 1970s, including works by US and Western European artists such as Andy Warhol, Yves Klein and Henri Magritte. The third part of the exhibition opens the door to a fascinating encounter between painting and sculpture. A special jewel in the collection is the painting “Church in Unterach am Attersee” by Gustav Klimt from 1915/16, which is presented in its own room.
